History

After 35 years with Parker-Steel Co., in Cleveland, OH, C. A. (Carl) Parasiliti and O.W. (Bill) Street moved to Florence, Alabama and founded Imperial Casting Company, Inc. The company started with two product lines, Thermocouple Protection Tubes and Chilled Conveyor Wheels - both of which are still being produced today.

Imperial CastingThe company has grown from a 10 man shovel shop and today employs up to 70 people in a fully automated foundry, capable of pouring 40-50 tons of iron every day.

Imperial Casting Company, Inc. is a closed corporation owned and operated by the sons of founders Carl Parasiliti and Bill Street .

Brian I. Parasiliti is
President and Head of Engineering, Carl B. Parasiliti serves as Vice President and Secretary and Eric Street is General Manager/Treasurer.

These third and fourth generation foundry men carry on the tradition, and are proud to have more coming up through the ranks, Anthony and Brian Jr.

The company produces Class 20 to Class 40 gray and alloyed castings, ranging in size from 1/2 pound to 1000 pounds.
